In the event of an accident, the following procedure should be followed:

  1. Make contact with parents/guardians
  2. Contact emergency services/GP if required
  3. Record in detail all facts surrounding the accident, including details of witnesses etc.
  4. Fill in our online form OR complete two copies of the hardcopy form (see links below)
