Vice-Presidents

Vice Presidents are purely honorific: they have no official power or standing in the management of the Club.

Vice Presidents are members whose service to the Club has been recognised. They will be members who have made an exceptional contribution to the Club/their section.

They are generally nominated for the role by Sections proposing them to the Board.

Presidents are customarily elected from the body of Vice Presidents.

Life Members

The Club has the ability to nominate Life Members whose contribution to the management and/or success of the Club has been so great that the Board at the time has considered that they must remain as members of the club forever.

Life Members are honorific; they have no official power or standing in the management of the Club, although they are spared having to pay membership fees.
